Leadership Development
“I think your daughter is being too bossy, and the kids don’t want to play with her,” said my preschool teacher. My mom responded, “She’s developing her leadership skills, and the kids will figure it out.” All leaders are a work in progress; some of us started young. I devour leadership books and theories to continue to learn how to develop myself and support my clients.
Our leaders of today and tomorrow are critical to the success of our organizations and workplaces. I work with executives, directors, managers, and emerging leaders to help them find their “why” through assessments, individual coaching, and tailored practices. Suppose you want to develop as a leader or engage your leadership team to be more collaborative and intentional with your employees. In that case, I’d enjoy working with you to identify the best strategies and tools to support your continued growth.
